Web Idea Tree is a remarkable program which I have only just discovered.

It allows you to create ideas for your Website in the form of a Tree. You can then move the branches around in any way that you want. As you grow your Tree it automatically creates Web Pages for you.

The software also builds up a Table of Contents list for you and cross references the Ideas with each other.

If you want to see an example of the full potential of this software than visit the Website - it was itself constructed using Web Idea Tree!
