This WIT function creates a local table of contents from the current idea and its children, applying the same rules as in the main table of contents. It builds a Freemind mind map to display it graphically.

The mind map is clickable to enable access to sub ideas.

It is written in a file which is named according to the current idea identifier (for instance ID.mm), and placed in a "toc-maps" sub folder of the current *.wit document folder.

The map is viewed in the web page through a Java applet, which behavior is described in Insert a Freemind mind map (using Java applet).
