5.5.2.7. Move an idea right (reparent)

Menu	Ideas
Sub menu	Move right
Keyboard	Ctrl + Alt + Right arrow Ctrl + Right arrow

This function changes idea hierarchy.

Current idea (and its children) is moved so as it becomes a child of its previous sibling.

If the previous sibling has children ideas, the currently moved idea is placed in the end of children list.

There will be no move when there is no previous sibling.
