This function sets columns display in the main view. It opens a dialog box where chosen columns are selected (checked).

Column display order is given by the dialog box. Right fields are the custom fields.

For example, in figure 4.4 custom fields belongs to a document managing bug reports of a software in development phase.

When the dialog box is validated, current view is not changed yet, but new views will be affected (either by creating new views, either by saving, closing and reloading the document).
