Current selected idea can be changed by clicking with the mouse, or by using keyboard up and down arrows.

Ctrl+Up et Ctrl+Down keys change ideas order (when they are children of a same parent idea).

While clicking on an idea icon, and keeping left mouse button pressed, the idea and its children can be dragged and dropped into another idea.

If the Ctrl key is pressed, ideas are copied instead of being just moved.
