This option is enabled by default.

Disable it if you have not Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 installed on your system.

WIT will work in a simpler mode where you won't have fine editing controls over your HTML text (WYSIWYG editing disabled), but you'll still be able to conceive and generate web sites.
