This function changes current idea type, and optionally, recurses to first level or all current idea children.

A dialog box (figure 4.9) displays options :

 idea (default type),
 bibliography note (specialized type with a more compact rendering),
 glossary (specialized type with a more compact rendering, and shown in the general glossary, with indexes).

Type change applies to current idea, to first level children or to all children.
