This function operates from current selection, in the book manager, by clicking on the "Modify" button, or by double clicking on a book.

It opens the publication edit dialog.

Note : 'Title' and 'Author' fields are mandatory. Modifying one of them changes the "signature" of the current publication and can break the links that are made from the ideas.
