This function hides / shows ideas in several WIT objects when the web site is built :

Table of Contents
Table of Images
Index
Faceted indexes
Java Applet tree menu in the left frame (when selected in the structure template)
Drop Down Menu widget
Simple Tree Menu widget

This allows a more precise control on these objects, in addition to their specific options.

New behavior (from 5.41 version) : the unchecked idea is not displayed any more, and is not built when the web site is generated.

Ideas are listed in a tree like manner in main view. Before each idea icon, a check mark indicates whether corresponding idea (and its children) should be shown or not in these objects (Figure 4.10).

All ideas are checked by default.
