GlossaryGroup style class manages the glossary style.

It has the following sub classes : GlossaryTitle controls title style, GlossaryAccessBar manages alphabetical access bar style, GlossaryLetter manages big initial letter style, and GlossaryItem manages glossary definitions style.

GlossaryItem is also specialized into GlossaryDefinition sub class, dedicated to definition style.
